Your urine may be a good predictor on how long you will live

Researchers have found a strong correlation between high levels of a protein in your pee and an increased risk in your mortality.

Basically, having higher than normal levels of proteinuria is indicative of kidney problems and may kill you 15 years earlier than your contemporaries that do not have high levels, all other things being equal.

Concerned that this may be you…a simple urine test will tell you, and if you have it, your doc can make lifestyle change recommendations or prescribe medicine, or both.
