The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:

The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury…; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Zimmerman should sue the DOJ, Al Sharpton, and the like

Posted by admin     Category: Politics

A division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) was deployed to Sanford, Florida in 2012 to provide assistance for anti-George Zimmerman protests, including a rally headlined by activist Al Sharpton, according to newly released documents.

When George Zimmerman is acquitted, I think that he should give these racist bastards a taste of their own medicine. Racists like Al Sharpton are quick to bring grief to anyone that they can bully. Our Department of Justice is a political tool of an administration that has no spine, and is clearly 100% partisan and racist.

George Zimmerman should bring lawsuits against the DOJ, Al Sharpton, and any other celebrity or political figure that fueled the fire that got Zimmerman charged with murder when it was evident to the police, from the very beginning, that he acted in self defense.

Military Coup in Egypt

Posted by admin     Category: Politics

This is interesting…the military has just ousted Morsi in Egypt. Morsi was the Muslim Brotherhood President that the United States President Obama actually supported.

I know that a lot of folks in the U.S. would like to see democratic elections in Egypt and in other countries in the Middle East. In an ideal world, that would be great. But in this world, the tribal nature of the people over there, coupled with the power that terrorist groups like Al Qaeda and Hamas and the like have, it is probably best they do not have democratic elections when the Military higher ups may be better suited to run the country.

My hope is that the Military in Egypt will actually run the country, be an ally to the United States and Israel, and an enemy to any and all terrorist groups.

Good luck Egypt.

Obama and Jodi Arias

I find it humorous that President Obama is claiming to be outraged over the IRS scandal. He says that he wants to get to the bottom of this.

IMHO Obama is as guilty as Jodi Arias and just as truthful.

jodi arias - irs

Obama wants to get to the bottom of this but his White House, and he personally, are caught in different deceptions and lies every day. How can this administration, in good conscience, keep a federal employee on the payroll that refuses to testify under oath (taking advantage of her 5th Amendment rights). Lois Lerner should be terminated immediately…they should fire her too. Just kidding. She should be terminated from her position in the Federal Government immediately.

This President is amazing in a horrible way for the American people. What will they do next, use drones to kill American citizens?

IRS to play a dominant role in enforcing Obamacare

Posted by admin     Category: Politics

First, we have Obama supporters going to Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, and even the President himself asking for waivers from Obamacare.

Second, we have the administration delegating that the IRS will be enforcing Obamacare.

Now, we have the IRS admitting (and apologizing for the fact) that it targeted the Conservative Republican organizations basically to stifle their effectiveness.

So, basically even Obama supporters know that Obamacare is bad so they ask for, and receive, waivers. The Obama administration uses the IRS to target it’s political enemies and it has forced Obamacare on them as well. What next, are they gonna try to take away our ability (thru the 2nd Amendment) to protect ourselves…oh wait, they keep trying to do that too.
